    I would choose the Aqua Medic Turbo Flotor 1000 Multi SL in a heartbeat over this one. A little more expensive....it has a good rating by those who have used it. This one looks like a variation of the Coralife Superskimmer to me.

    +1. For $200 they are asking, you could have a fair selection of skimmers that would be better

    I'd be cautious on ordering from aquacave because someone said earlier this week that they shipped them different brand bulbs (without notifying the buyer) because they were out of stock. You can find a used skimmer for less too.

    Ya that was me LOL.. not a prob tho i still like aquacave. Hmm thanx you guys but for 200$ show me a skimmer with a turbulence reducing bubble plate chamber like the vertex.

    i dont think its anything like the corallife one, this one has the turbulence reducing bubble plate chamber and also the neck is supper long for good dry foam.

    i checked out the turbo floter pretty cool,any other segestions i get mixed reviews everwhereon almost every skimmer.

    It has a big footprint at 8" x 10". Do you have the room for it in your sump? If not try the Marineland Marine Pro 100 with about a 5" round footprint. I had one of those that did ok. I have a Marine pro 300 now for my 120 gal that I'm moving into my new 210 gal.

    I also have the marineland skimmer. I am very happy with it.
