Three Spot Domino Damsels have spawned

    my domino damsels have just spawned all over the back of my display tank. What should i do?

    congrats, they are telling you they are very contented in your set up
    unfortunately in that kind of scenario there is not much you can do

    the eggs will probably be consumed by everything/ anything that can get at them, including the parents often

    so I am not sure what to advise at this stage
    if they had spawned on a surface of an object that was removable then you could have removed or isolated to protect them from predation

    but in a typical community, reef type tank, its very difficult to get any of the eggs to equate to new fish

    Oh boy.. now you will have Sumb*tch fish... they will get mean once they are spawing....

    Congrats on the spawn! but like steve said it is more then likely just going to become fish food.

    I was just about to say this. My friend had the same experience.... tore apart a 210g (or something like that) to get them out.
