    It might be a gall crab, and you're looking at its rear end?

    Quite possible... I did a google search real quick. I took it out just imcase, but are they good bad or indifferent?

    This is what i think it is,it could look like a spider? that preys on zoas.I know,i dealt with them first hand.

    Could be, but the carapace looks too wide to be a sea spider. And of course, it's not climbing on zoa's, which I'd guess it should be if it were a zoa-eating spider. If it's a gall crab, it probably won't hurt anything, although they can make galls on corals, thus the name, making them easier to break.
