My LFS recommended I add a bottle of Tigerpods (Conepods) The bottle was refrigerated and held 200 to 400 little red swimming things. He has not lead me astray yet, but I can not for the life of me figure out why I added them. Any ideas?

They can also bread in your tank and bump the population of Pods in your tank. Pods are good cleaners as they eat detritus and other phyto

tigger pods are from the artic, and will not likely reproduce in your tank, but it should have been a nutritious meal. with chromis though, you can go a little more basic, they eat anything, not too finicky.
