    Nice work Seano. I think they mean overflow from your tank into your sump?

    Oh? I thought that was obvious. I guess not?

    My OF from the DT will split to go one side to the skimmer & one side to the fuge. The skimmer section goes to the reactors, then to the bubble trap & return. the fuge goes directly to the bubble trap/return after following the L.

    l--->fuge--->bubble trap---return---DT
    OF-----l
    l--->skimmer--->reactors(GFO & Calcium)--->bubble trap---> return--->DT

    Looks good. Having a large fuge area is a good thing. Nothing sucks more than running out of room for macroalgae.

    Instead of cutting the edges of that corner to be straight, they should be cut like this:

    That way, the pressure isn't ever resting solely on a bit of silicone, and is pushing down the whole pane of glass.

    Oh that's looking down at the corner connection from above. OK. I'll just have to remember that.

    With my sump & everything in it, I should have about 10-15 gallons of overflow space. The tank itself can hold about 31 gallons(w/o equipment).
