    updated on 10/23/2011

well I have not updated in awhile so I figured I would since I might take it down in the next few weeks.

skimmer broke and started leaking and I think thats where most of my problems began. I cant seem to find parts for it so I just left it off.

all the kenya tree's just melted away, dont know why but they did.

all the other corals are doing ok but have stoped growing all togther and open up every so often vs all the time.

I have GHA everywhere and it just wont go away even with less feedings and API algea fix but that is algea.

the cleaner shrimp and the mis-bar clowns are doing great and have grown to about an inch and the shrimp is well into 3 inches.

Yellow watchman goby died last night, come home and there was a skeleton picked clean by the cleaner shrimp so I did my best to remove as much as I could but that was hard since I have had him for over a year and when I got him he was only 1 inch and grew to about 3 inches

didnt test the water in a few days so I will when I get home and post results to make sure I dont have anything funky going on.

I am going to the police academy in january and really wont have the time for the tank so I was thinking of moving all the current ocupants to a correctly set up ten gallon and starting fresh. I would have a ATO, fresh sand, clean rock, and a really small bio-load with a skimmer made for the tank size. I would only be able to check it on the weekends so my wife would be left in charge for most of the time untile I got home in march. I know small dosent always equal better but this tank as a whole is just realy bumming me out and a huge pain my butt. I also have been thinking about just buying a CUC from reef cleaners and trying to see if that helps and going from there.

any who that s a quick update
