My 20 gallon high FOWLR aquarium is at the near end of its cycle, and I've been planning to add a few fish. If I start out with a Barnacle Blenny fish, then how long do I have to wait to add an Occellaris Clownfish?

if your tanks already cycled i would say it doesnt really matter, my first tank i was so eager right after it cycled (20 gallon) i added a choclate chip starfish, 1 clown, 1 damsel, and two small gobies. of course i didnt know much at all about the hobby back then but all went well. im not saying its right to do this but adding them both at the same time wont have too much of a negative effect. i would suggest waiting like saintsfan said because each time you add a fish after your cycle the tank has to sort of recover the extra wait on the bioload.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You can avoid "new tank syndrom", by waiting a week or longer if you can, testing parameters as you go along and keeping the feedings appropriate. This will allow your biological filter time to adjust to each new addition without over whelming it.
