time for new bulbs

    i have a current dual satellite 30"/65w pc's that are due for a change here soon, i know it has the 6,500k/10,000k's but wondering what other opitions do i have with this type of lighting system. should i just keep the same bulbs or go with 2 10,000k's. it also has 420nm/460nm bulb for actinic.

    depends what pc bulbs are avalable and what look you like.

    German or Japanese pin styles ? I would look at the UVL actinic whites and the super actinic 420nm makes for a good coral growing mixture .

    i think they are the Japanese pin style but ill look into those bulbs tangster and see if they make them for what i currntly have. i hope to get a nice bright white and lose some of the yellow.
