time to replace bulbs. i need help!!!

    i want to provide the best environment for the coral. its kinda cheesy and i was a real newb but this is what the bulbs looked like

    best for the corals would be a 6500k or else a 10k bulb... most spectrum and highest PAR and best growth! but you wont get the cool bright greens associated with a 20k bulb

    yup just pick either ati blue+ or uvl actinic bulb. now with that money you saved send me a free frag! or karma ;)

    truthfully, out of the 20k bullbs i would go with SPS... seem to be the best out of them all

    Odd enough, I don't care about PAR. I am running over a 1200 Watts over a 6ft tank.;D

    Nope, SPS, is a brand name. Stands for South Seas Pacific.
