I'd like to upgrade from 90 to 125 gal. Personally what you guys prefer reef ready<two corner boxes with holes on the button> or pre-drilled tank. My 90 gal is pre-drileed. Two drain holes in left back corner and 1 return in right back corner. Thanks!!

Welcome to 3reef. I like the drilled for an overflow through the back. Gives you more display room than the reef ready tanks.

I agree with 2 in 10, also like to recomend you look into a 180 instead of the 125, should not be too much difference in price but the 180's dimmentions give you many more decorating options and fuctionality over a simple 30 gallon upgrade that simply makes your 90 6" taller

Yes I know what you mean. I really do not look to have a lot more room. I think there is a big diffrence in 4 ft. and 6 ft tank. My hippo will be more happy in 6 ft. and I love that panoramic view of 125. I don't think that it is just 90 plus 6" taller. Fishes are more happy in 6 ft tanks. And diffrence in price is about 200 bucks because thickness of the glass. But anyway somebody else wants to give your opinion Reef Ready or Pre-drilled???????

best of luck. I like the glass holes overflows. drilled thru the back so you have a ton more display. go with a dual system. I dont know what you are looking to spend or where you are, but I am selling a 6' 225 system for $400. im located between huntsville, Nashville and Chattanooga.

Thanks Pickupman66. I live in Naperville ilinois. So it is a long drive. That price is great. Here 125 pre-drilled will cost me around 500 dollars. By dual system you mean drain and return on one side and drain and return on other side right? Thanks again!!!!!!
