Hi, I picked up a couple of green hairy mushrooms from a guy locally through Craig's list. There are several small anemone-like creatures come with live rock. I thought they maybe aiptisia but they have stubby tentacles, and they don't retract as fast as aiptisia.

At the bottom of the picture, there are also tons of white strings wiggling around. I am pretty sure they can move on their own since I found out by shutting all current off. They stick out from tubes built of sand. Do I need to get rid of them?

    Thanks,

Agreed with the above. I had a few that looked just like that. You will want to rid that if your tank.

Definitely spinoid worms, not vermetid snails. Good guys.
    Majano, bad guy!
