In my tank I have a mated pair of pperculas, a lined wrasse, yellow tang, n mandarin goby, two peppermint and one cleaner shrimp also one blue leg hermt and random assortment of snails a urchin and a starfish. MY question I did I large water change two days ago and today there is what appears to be millions of tiny bright blue eggs stuck together in a fecal like shape just sitting on the sand. Ive never seen this in two yeats of owning my tank anyone know what it is.

I cannot get a picture right now but its the shape of a turd about a half inch long and its almost neon blue with millions of little micro blue balls connected together.

Definitely sounds like an egg sack. Have you added animals lately?
