Ignoring the reflection of my thumb, you may notice several white dots. I took this, at first, to be algae or Ca. Looking at it, I noticed it was moving. I first took that for current but noticed the control and distance.

So I pulled out my magnifying glass. These are "bugs" of some sort and are entirely too tiny for a great pic. But they are definitely crawling.

I'm thinking (hoping) they're just baby fish food. Any body else with a common experience (experience, because the pic sucks!)?

Pods. A good thing. No worries.

Could be pods, tiny snails, or mini brittle stars if they like hanging out on the glass. All are a good thing ;)

+1 on pods, i noticed that when i keep the algae off of the glass, they tend to stay off as well :)

Do they look like one of these? There are isopods and copepods in the picture.

OK, I got schooled on pods. That's what they are. Thanks everyone for the help on such an (in hindsight) obvious question.

I do have some of those hydroids on my LR. I was able to identify those already. I believe they are good filter feeders.
