What fish is tiny (1/2 inch), will school with only 4, and can fit in my BC29? Right now I only have a 6-line and a small Yellow Clown Goby. I'l like to add a shrimp and another 1 or 2 inch fish.

Green chromis will get to about 3" full grown, and need to be fed multiple times a day to stay healthy. As much as I love chromis I would skip them in a biocube

Actually their Chromis scotti is their scientific name, their purple not blue.
Also if you look them up they say up to 4" but I can tell you I've got 10 of them in a 58g and none of them are bigger than 1.5"
