So the other day I was observing my tank and I focused in on the tank's glass and I notice little tiny, almost microscopic things (1millimeter or so) attached to the glass all over the place. They almost look like brittle star fish but they all have different numbers of legs. Does anyone know what they are, if they are anything?

    Thx :p

From what i heard.. Hydroids in the proper envoirment could grow to upside down jelly fish... But in a perfect tank that is.. I just scape them off the glass with a MAgnafloat and they die off...

    Best of Luck...

Ok so now I found something else attached to the back of my tank and I dont even know how to desribe it. There are two of them about the size of a mosquito. The look like tiny volcanoes? lol I cant take a picture b/c they are too small. I looked at the hitchhiker link posted on top and it maybe resembles something like a nudibranch. Where are these things coming from? I dont want it to eat my coral! :( help please!

A lot of different animals can come out of your rock from spores laid there. This is a sign of tank health even if they are bad hitch hikers.
