Tiny micro bugs crawling on glass.. wth is it?

    well first they developed in my refugium... like a ton of it.. don't know if they are swimming around or not.. but u can definitely see them crawling on the glass.. they are white colored.. well.. today they somehow made it up to my display tank.. and my clown fish are picking and eating them? is this good for the fish to eat? i wish i have a microscope to really see what they are...

    thanks mission for clearing that up for me... they look like some sort of pods i guess.. too small for me to even make a match at wat you gave me..
