tiny slugs?

    found these in the sand after looking at the tank way too long.
    i have looked through all the stickys and found nothing like this.
    theses slug looking things are about 1/8 to 3/16 inch long.

    I have thoes in my tank also.. i to beleve they are Stomatella snail's just little ones,...

    They're actually chitons. Stomatellas won't ever attach themselves to the glass below the substrate. Chitons tend to do this quite a lot. If you get a chance to look at them from the top, you will be able to see the interlocking plates.

    Foot pics, in general, aren't much help when you're trying to get an ID on any mollusc. In this case it shows enough for a good guess, but it's much better if you can get pics of the dorsum.
