Not a traditional build, but once we are done, I hope it will look like a totally different tank.

We are going to move the tank from it's current position, so it sits across the room corner.

To make this look "right", we're placing drywall over the window, but leaving a space at the bottom. That space will be covered by the tank, but it's to help prevent any window issues. We covered them for a couple of weeks to make sure we wouldn't miss the light. That cubby hole will be modified so that it can still be used.

My Mom gave me a beautiful antique cabinet that is also in this room. It's a dark finish, so the two main pieces of furniture do not match. So, we're going to get new doors and trim and have the tank stand resurfaced.

The finish on the light fixture is currently bronze, so we're going to change that.

Then we have to add a topoff system and she is DONE! We're finally getting a few tanks settled away.

We've been waiting on the drywall guy. We just got our new lights and if we have to tear up the ceiling to install them, I'm going to get them to repair both at the one time.

Well, we had a contractor come in and give us an estimate for covering up the window and it's ON!

Now we're thinking we might build another stand and just move the tank. I guess this means it's turning into another build from scratch and not just a rebuild.
