Individually bag every fish and coral. Double bag, use extra water and air and put in a cooler to keep the temp. Wrap the rock in paper and put in another cooler. Keep as much water as you can in jugs. That's what I did on a 2 day trip. How far you going?

im only moving about 10 miles, the real question i have is with the actual tank water..do i just keep as much as possible and return it to the tank, so that there isnt a big cycling period?
