I have a TLF Phosban Reactor 150. The reactor is loaded with about 100grams of NPX Bioplastics on a MaxiJet 900. Problem 1 is that the tumbling is 1 sided, only half the pellets are tumbling, the other side is not, according to my carpenter level its flat, I've tried tilting to one side and at angles, still the same thing. So I let it run, after about a week, it stops tumbling, so I have to unplug it and slosh the pellets around, then it's good for another week, so it's been slosh and repeat. I use the screen that you replace the sponges with and the pump intake does have a foam filter that I clean as needed. There is no slime or gunk in the reactor when I slosh it around to loosen it and when its working, its tumbling like crazy, but only on one side. Is my pump not powerful enough? But I think the pellets are working because the green hair algae is 90% gpne, all the algae on the tank walls is disappearing too, and most importantly the red slime infestation is gone, I'm not saying the TLF Reactor with bioplastics did this, but in the 6 weeks I've been running it, these are the improvements. None of my tank inhabitants have been affected negatively. Any ideas?
