My tank is now two months old (26bow front -25 lbs live rock - tunze nano skimmer -tunze powerhead - fluvial 295 running no foam with carbon, chemipure, and purigen)

    Nitrate less than 10 ppm
Ph right at 7.9 to 8.0
    Salinity 1.024
    Ca 550
    Kh 8.6
    Mg 1280

I have a pj cardinal, royal gramma, and just added a pair of chocolate flows today. I have one small frag of gap that is thriving.

i plan to add some more polyps and Los over the coming months. My question is should I begin Rosing calcium and alkalinity and magnesium? Or wait until I add more coral that begins to deplete levels? I would like to get my ph and alk slightly higher. Can you just dose alk? I have the two part starter kit Fromm bra.

Two part is dosed to replace what your corals use from the water. If you don't have corals that use a lot of calcium, then there is no need to dose two part. You should be able to keep up with regular water changes for now.
