    I currently have AI SOLs over my tank...i am contemplating adding 8 12" stunner strips (1 on each side of my 4 SOLS)...i was going to do 4 UV's and 4 Magentas....do u think its worth it?...not only visually but for the corals?...if yes please state your case..if no please do the same. Your help is appreciated

    I would lean to UV since we are seeing good color enhancement from users on this site. Not sure you need magenta if you have white LED in your AI fixture.

    I am thinking of doing the same. I have heard some are having good results with that combo in terms of the aesthitic look in the tank. I don't believe there is enough par in the lights to give much coral benefit though.

    I saw someone of the RC AI par thread do it. They liked the looks.
