If a fish assumes the "please clean me" tilted position does that mean the other fish (in this case a yellow coris wrasse) is a cleaner ?

Just curious because I just picked up a yellow coris wrasse and my yellow tang keeps going up to him and tilts for a cleaning.

Many fish as juveniles are cleaners many angels and butterflies will provide a cleaning service until the age a bit. Its normal behavior and they no who does what thats how they become old fish LOL
