    Red bugs are SPS pests, primarily Acropora and other branching types, I believe.

    I switched to dipping with Bayer insect killer. Very low stress, very inexpensive and very effective. There is a long thread on RC about it.

    Most dips do NOT kill red bugs. Coral Rx can kill some smooth skinned Acros.
