So i stumbled across this...http://shop.aquatraders.com/Odyssea-ProPack-Protein-Skimmer-p/43014.htm...looks alot like the CPR Bak-pak skimmer i was about to pay $150 for. Now i know it says it dosen't come with a powerhead but that dosent explain why its so cheap plus i can get a maxi jet powerhead real easy. Any one have any experence with this skimmer? if you have not do you think it would work the same as the Bak-pak?

Odyssea usually makes cheap and cheaply manufactured products.
for some they work ok, but for most they break or just dont work kind of a gamble

something a lot of people like to say is you get what you pay for in this hobby

oh yeah check out the new aero force cpr HOB skimmer

Wow, that is ridiculously cheap and does look exactly like the bakpak, in fact I think its the same thing without the logo. Go for it man, just stick a mj1200 on it and even if you have to do some mods atleast it was cheap

What is this place, everything is unrealistically cheap. metal halide DE bulbs are like 13 bucks
