    i fought with my tank before i bought my chiller. A chiller is the best way to go IMO
    . Esp a good one that you can plug in a couple of heaters too. that way you set it and really forget about it. weather it gets hot or cold in the tank room. the tank will always be at the temp you set it at.

    i run 2/250 hqi mh the fixture comes with built in fans but i still have a pedastal fan blowing over it and i manage to keep it around 78 it will evaporate some water though
