to much bubbles?

    Then keep on opening the discharge valve until it comes down. Let me ask you something, did you just dose anything in the tank, right before this started to happen?

    no i didnt... i even closed the intake valve where it was almost closed and kept playing with the discharge valve but if i turn it down tomuch then the bubbles dont make it to the top and if i turn it a lil bit more open then the water rises in the top... lol i just read the instructions and it said that this skimmer might do that for a day or 2 just be cuz its new and its "super skimming" but i never heard of a skimmer doing this b4...

    Most good quality skimmers have a break-in period. This was something that you could have said from the beginning, that your skimmer was new.:eek: I've been breaking my head trying to help you............I will send you the bill! lol

    Not that confusing, it appears to be over reacting to something i.e. an additive or something. It should settle down. The water level in the sump looks o.k.

    Tell us what you have done lately and I mean even things you don't think would affect the skimmer. What have you fed(fish and coral), cleaning routine, things like that.
