    Hey everyone so I thought I would post pics of my Toadstool molting. I had no idea what exactly was going on but after reading in other posts I discovered it was molting.

    Iv owned that little guy for a few months now and this is the first iv ever seen it do this.

    Thought it was pretty cool.

    It will depend on how much detritus gets on the skin. They do it often if it accumulates quickly.

    My cabbage leather does it once every couple of weeks.

    My cabbage does it often too,it is right now,lol,but way more often then my toadstools do.

    Is it growing like crazy like mine? LOL I figure it probably does it more because it has more nooks, crannies, and folds to hold detritus in. Or just because it's becoming a monster!

    I think the cabbage leather'w molt more than any other kind! I have toadstool, cabbage, finger and devil's hand and the cabbage molt's more than any other. I think you are on to something about the nooks, crannies and folds. And yes, it has grown like a monster and gotten huge in my tank!

    My toadstool seems to do it weekly. Is that normal?
