I got a toadstool coral about 1.5 weeks ago and the polyps on the head have only came out once and i have not seen them since..It is still extended and has some shedding but the polyps arent out.......does this mean its dead?? all my other corals..zoas, kenya trees, hammer head coral, mushrooms are fine...

toadstools have a tendency to do that I find for a bit and then come back fine! They will shed a mucous type layer and then come back. Also the move might have just stressed him out a bit. I had a toadstool in my big tank and my RBTA decided to sting it so I moved it to another tank and the polyps are just now coming out..about a week later.
