    Many thanks for the encouragement. Your video is fantastic! Your toadstool seems to be enjoying quite a brisk flow of water. I'm using a combined filter/skimmer whose trade name is "Skilter". There is motion of water, but not nearly as much as yours. Should I think about more? I'm such a newbie that I haven't figured out yet how to attach a photo. When I can I'll send one of my toadstool.

    Winston...You should consider more flow in your tank for a number of reasons. The toadstool sheds its skin from time to time and the flow helps to move the dead skin away from the coral. Flow also helps to keep your corals clear of any thing that might land on it including detritus and at the same time bringing food to your corals and moving waste away. Flow also helps to oxygenate your water and is a major part of keeping any overall healthy system
