    Hmmm

    Alumimun based products can cause problems in leather corals
    I would remove the phosgaurd - replace with Rowaphos or AN other BRS (Bulk reef supply) GFO as suggested by others above

    you might find that your toady recovers much quicker

    fyi: my toadstool was looking bad for a couple months, no polyps extensions and curling up. after the last month of TLC is finaly coming back.. it will take time..so dont give up.
