    Will do thanks Greg.

I believe it would be like a pod attached to a string, and the string is the lifeline. I guess the image in my head is a little more graphic.

Today I was able to get an image from another diver of what I believe is a tube anemone.

It's a picture of what the diver sees so its a picture of a tv screen. So sorry it's very bad. They have white tube like bodies and the tentacles are white as well.

I don't know what this is but on a pump, we removed a screen because it had some marine growth. I have heard them called goose necks.

Pics aren't that good. Was a long day. We spent 12 hrs combined in the water and 15 hours on site. We're only on our way back to our shop right now. Thanks for checking it out.

Cool stuff! The gooseneck is a gooseneck barnacle.

Makes sense why they call them goose necks huh. They actually squirt a stream of water when out of the water. They are all over the place down there.

It's just crazy what grows in areas that never see the light. Ever. Really interesting. My diver couldn't find any of the nudibranches, I really wanted to get a pic of that.

Those goosenecks look like seed pods from "Alien". Creepy. :)

Funny you say that. I have watched the first 4 in the past 2 weeks, was a big joke because there are a lot of things that reminded me of the movies.

Thank you. I'm going to keep posting things I run into. I will be able to have more picture during different dives. This place I couldn't take to many pics but other places will be different.

Today I had to remove ~150' of security boom out of the propeller of the USNS Mercy. It was fun, complicated but easy at the same time. Couldn't get any underwater shots because the visibility was 3' max.

Had to untangle and cut all that out of the 30' prop.

I have my dive video from the plant that I was able to get and will scroll through it and get pics and maybe a video up soon. Maybe a pic of the nudibranches.

If your talking about the gooseneck barnacles, yes they are. If you squeeze them, not had to kill them just squeeze them they spot water in a stream. Kinda interesting.

    That's a huge ship!
30' prop, that's huge! I feel that it would be kinda creepy to be down there under that thing and not being able to see more than 3 feet, I might bug out if it was me.
