    i love your setup... it's funny because before i saw your pic i was telling my wife lets move the poker table out of this room unless we want to play and keep two recliners that we already have in front of the tank..

    One of my first two corals- got from a local breaking down for a move.
    After I had posted on an ID thread,
    I was told it was a Purple Encrusting Gorgonian.

    I now also have a gorgonian- a long stalk like coral with polyps.

    It's like my Green Star Polyp, 'cept it's brownish purple.
    It's star polyps extend and contract like my GSP, or my Devils Hand.

    Those are rocks it's encrusting.

    Oopps, not sure which one you meant now. ;-)

    To the Blue Tangs Right? Or to the right of the blue tang looking at the picture?

    Looking at the pic- to the right is the encrusting gorgonean
    underneath is a type of Protopalythoa
    to the left (looking at the pic) toward the front is a Green Candy Cane Colony
    and to the left near the rear, is a colony of Yellow Polyps.
