    Thanks Chris,

    1)my 125 is about 21" deep
    2) Lights are about 8" off the water
    3) I've been turning down the whiter channel
    I took this pic with
    Whiter channel on 37.5%
    Bluer Channel up to 100%

I'm thinking I'll need to lower the bluer channel again back to about 80% where I had it before, we'll see.

I had objective Crazy Growth, Sprouts, and colors like I've never had before.

I think you are aware my lights are the
    full spectrum/dimmable/no controller LED's

Yes I was aware of the lights which is why I asked.. I ended up getting the EVERGROW IT2040 and trying to figure out where I should have mine and what setting(luv your tank) and your setting seem to work real well.

I set channel 1 (Blue) on 80 and channel 2 (White) on 35 when playing with the light. Got to set the custom setting up tomorrow so it scales up then back down at night.

Our tank is only a 30 and about 20" deep and light I put at 11" so will keep you hright in mind. May just have to up the percentages.

    EDIT had channel colors backwards.

Nice video, gorgeous tank, corals and fish!

I take it your flame angel does not bother your corals?

    Thanks for the complinent.

Never, neither does my Coral Beauty A.,

I have heard it's hit or miss though.

And you read sooo much about angels need sponges in their diet?
Well, I have lots of small sponges/hitchhikers- it never touches any of those either!

    Thanks MIndy

I plan to use the same- or dare I say maybe even slightly less rock in the 180 that I now have in the 125, so there will be over 50% more water/rock ratio.
I'll probably get a few more fish too. I'm not big on having too many fish, but the 10 I have now will still have some room for a few more in the 180.

Great up date Todd. You've really dialed it in. What is the blue Acropora behind the large green one? The Ponape Birdnest is a thing of beauty, I never had success with that coral.
