    Hi Rolo,
I hope not too much mess when the overflow failed.
MY sump/fuge is an all in one, and it's not drilled. It's my former 125DT- which wasn't drilled.
I use a submersible RP, so it's not drilled.
If I get what you're saying, your float valve leaks some water from the wagter pressure alone pusing thru it? ON mine I also have a plastic valve on it, and you cold use one and just barely turn it on, thereby limiting the pressure after it.

Let me know here or PM me if I can help more.

Why yes. In fact, 3 disctinctly different ones in that photo alone.
I have at least 5 different types of Monti's too.

The one in the foreground on the left was sold as a small piece of Tyree Monti Flower- 3 years ago.
The one on the right I call a Neon Orange monti.
The one in the back on the left- is a 'blue polyed brown' monti- don't know the type.
The Tyree also has blue polyps.

Just went through this thread very interesting. Great looking tank. I think I'm going to request some assistance when/if I decide to build a canopy. I want to build one exactly like yours. Great work. Keep it up.

Thank you for the kinds words.

I definintely do it low budget, with simple methods.
The canopy is open top and open back, but that could be covered also.
I like that I can work on the DT pretty easy, with a large open area in the front simply by opening the topfront cover.

    Purple Monti
    Blue polyped brown
