Love those stick, Todd!! Looking great as always!

Who here thinks Todd should add some T5s to his DT???

FIll in a little bit of the shadowing that LEDs can cause. Coming from a guy who is running only LEDs and have seen more than a few tanks running LED/T5s, I am ALWAYS jelly of their lighting, the fullness it gets. Sorry Todd, I'm a fan of the T5 idea. :p I personally think it will be a win win for you, better light to your eyes and more par to your corals!!

My 2015 WRS Bus Trip items I got:

Aussie Spider, also called Tiger sponge

    Spider sponge

    Acan Bowerbanki
It's very orange, with green centers- not a good pic

    Orange/Red Acans

    Aussie Acro
    [IMG]

    Blue Streak Cleaner Wrasse
(I've already seen my Yellow Tang 'clean' him)

Looking at some of these online- compared to the online prices for most of these- I made out like a bandit!

Across the Room Shot- with just the right amount of window glare

congrats on the scores! love that spider sponge, almost looks like giraffe markings :) so, I haven't heard of a bus tour before - your reef members get on a bus and go from LFS to LFS? that sounds very fun! are adult beverages consumed as well? :)

    Yes Mindy,
It's a yearly tour for Wisconsin Reef Society.
We leave from the Milwaukee area on a nice tour bus to predetermined Local shops/Reef Stores in the Chicago area- just over an hour or so away

This thread does a real nice pictorial of some of the major stops and the group.

I brought nearly a case of my homebrew beers, we consumed that and other stuff.
They passed Jagermeister shots around with the fruit juice out cup and the jager inner?

All and all, a great time! Excellent comraderie amoung friends that are together for
    Reefing.

In April we're chartering one to go to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago!
I've never been to this one yet.
    My whole family is going.

Finally found my Pistol Shrimp today- Alive!
I was searching for it the last few days, thought I caught a glimpse of it yesterday, and reinvestigated today. It has made it's lair under some BIG rocks by clearing out the underneath, it cleared the sand/CC off the bottom glass. So I quickly moved my stand panels, got underneath- and low and behold, there it was!
I haven't seen it since it went in the DT on 6/21/15! I had heard it though.

This is 2 pics thru the bottom, glass- it's sitting right on the bottom.

Glad you found the pistol. Mine actually makes an appearance every few weeks, although I do see it s antennae at feeding time most days. That and the daily racket lets me know that all is going well in his little world.
