i have a 29 gallon, some soft corals, liverock etc. i have had a coral beauty for about 2 weeks in my tank, its fully cycled all is good, today i bought a tomato clown, he seems to be doing alright and is smaller than the coral beauty but i was wondering this pair would be alright in the end. im in the process of rebuilding my rockwork so the clown can hve some places to hide where the coral beauty wont go because hes bigger until the size difference equals out. any experience with these 2? or these 2 together.

they should be OK. If anything the clown will go after the CB, regardless of size. But shouldn't give you too much trouble

There may be some fighting. As PackLeader said, they tomato clownfish may be aggressive to the coral beauty. However, that tank is pretty small for a coral beauty. It may get finicky and aggressive in something that size.
