well thanks everyone for their support. the hearing went well but i have to wait 65 days for my answer.as for the caring individual that must have gotten screwed by a union at some point lol.i do have a skill set. im a specialized extruder operator that makes parts for the government. just because ive been with this company a short time doesn't mean i don't know what i do. ive been in this field for almost 8 years. and im very good at what i do. the reason i was let go was the same reason that 2 other employees were let go. human resources got an attitude problem and wanted to make a name for herself. i love my job and the people i work with. not one company u will find is going to have ALL good points about it. and i do feed my family with no issues. its just nice making 70-80K a year doing it. i like giving my daughter whatever she wants because she deserves it. relocation is not an option because my ex wont allow me to take her with me. maybe others would leave but i will not. and about my sentence structure? really? last i knew this wasn't an english class and i apologize for not having 100% correct grammar and punctuation on my cellphone that early in the mourning with no sleep. thanks alot 3reef for the support i really appreciated it. this thread can be relocked
