Hello everyone im new here hoping to get some help. I just recieved my live rock today its tonga shelf rock. My question is should I scrub all the green stuff off before I put it in the tank I believe its algae but theres also alot of little red things that look like they can grow to be something. Your advice is much appreciated good or bad thanks in advance.

It really depends on what the "green stuff" is. Can you post a picture? If it is actual algae I would be sending it back and asking for a refund personally.
