tons of small little white dots???

    i have just started noticing all these little white spots all over my rocks. i thought they might have been clown fish eggs since i have a breeding pair of clowns but i have no clue. any ideas. i will post some pics of them tomrrow when the lights are on.

    Hard to tell without pics. Wouldn't be clownfish eggs though. They would be orange and in a group, not scattered. Plus there would be some clowns fiercely gaurding ;)

    i know i tried but to hard at night and they dont move at all so im not sure.

    sounds like pods. White specs on glass + nocturnal usually == pods of some sort. If they annoy you and you have a decent size tank get a Mandarin to keep them in check. They're harmless and beneficial.

    i have a case of ich in my tank... could the white spots in mine be the ich parasite attaching to the glass or would those 2 b a class of pods> its like every 3 or 4 days even when i have lights on the glass gets them... are pods good/bad.will the corals and anemone's eat them?
