So all i have is some basic softies, mushrooms/anthelias/xenia/zoas/, a condylactis, some palys. Real basic corals. I have 2 Aqueon (125 gph) powerheads, 1 hydor evolution 750gph, and a Coral Life super skimmer 65g rated all providing flow in the tank itself. Seems like everything looks good except the toadstool/anthelias/xenia. I think if i lowered the flow the toadstool would extend more polyps and hte xenia would pulse more. What do you think? I was considering unplugging 1 of the aqueons.

I wouldnt say its that much of a biggie...I have had those types of corals in pretty high flow and they seemed to be fine with it. Xenia will spread a lil faster under it, but will look alot less attractive. Toadstools like a little less flow..Around medium i guess you could say

i think you might just have to give your corals a little more time to get use to it.
i have four powerheads in my 30g breeder and they did not like it but i gave it one month and they are back to normal again,.

Xenia usually likes higher flow. Toadstool, as said before, is around medium.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would just unplug it for 24 to 48 hours and see if you get better PE or inflation. Under lower flow you should be able to see the xenia pumping, it may be harder to get the right flow for the leathers, toad stools IME like a decent amount of flow.

Pointing the powerheads up towards the surface or pointing them towards each other may help.
