Too much flow for torch?

    It also looks like some of the tissue on the stem looks like its tearing off?

    Might be watch the flesh on the base and see if it is receding. If it is then too much.

    Way too much flow IMO. The tentacles should move a bit, but not be blowing like they're in a hurricane like they are in that video.

    ok so i should move it right. Im so confused :) on what Low Flow and High Flow means. I thought they needed moderate flow? Than this area its in would be considered HIGH FLOW. Am i correct?

    Yeah i would think that area is high flow...
    Torches do enjoy a bit of moderate turbid flow.
    I have a rotating hydor flow on one of my return pumps that provides me with a bit of randomness to the flow in my tank.
    That torch seemed to be strongly tossed in one direction continuously

    i moved him to an area with less flow
    Check it out

    I will be placing him on my rock work soon, and i will find the right spot for him.
    Does this seem like a good spot for him until i move him onto the reef?

    yeah that 2nd position looks way btr the spot u had it at was way to high of flow :D

    much better in 2nd vid. I would try to find a spot that has the least amount of flow in that tank.
