Too much flow for torch?

    That spot is better, but it still looks like too much flow to me.

    ok. do you think it is too early to move him onto the rock work? I got him a week ago and started him out midway in my tank. He came from under T5s and i just moved him up a couple inches yesterday. Oh yeah, and i have 150w MH....

    Bump//// Can i move him onto the reef? His tentacles are now kind of curly cueing? What does that mean?

    My torch is low flow and it extends like 1/4 way across my tank. as long as it's moving a bit it's ok

    yeah if its not lookin to good id try and move it to an even lower flow how are your params?

    I agree. Even though the 2nd video shows a much more relieved torch, I would still put it in an almost dead flow zone. Not absolutely dead, but almost. Tentacles will get fuller and bigger. Some random flow is also a nice thing for them. I have a maxi-jet with the rotating head and that helps my frogspawn. Frogspawns and torches have pretty much the same flow requirements, IMO.
