Back on the left side. Was moving sand where I don't want it again. Still pointed up, 2/3 toward the back on the right side and it's moving good water still and my sand is more stable.

Does anyone think I should turn it off when I feed my chromis? Or leave it in to spread the food out and keep it from settling?

    Leave it on while feeding.

I turn off my return pumps and powerheads when feeding. This way basically no food is wasted.

Edit: I should clairfy that all of my fish come right up to the net I feed out of. If they didn't then I would leave at least one powerhead on.

Came home from a friends house to find my smallest green chromis dead stuck to the side of the circ pump. Gonna have to invest in a sponge filter of some kind. That better not happen to my new clowns when I get them.

Anyone know a good DIY fix for covering up the inlets on my circ pump? I'm kinda bummed I lost my smallest chromis to the pump. I'd never seen them get close to it, only thing I can think of is he got chased by one of the larger chromis and swam in a bad direction.
