So just added another older style power head, now have alot of flow, which i like but do my corals like it? My frogspawn zoanthids and BTA seem to like it, and my mushrooms dont seem to mind it, but i've hear mushrooms and kenya and things like low flow. true or false?

they tend to like moderate to low flow. For the mushrooms, if they start to flip over, then it is too much. Not sure about the kenya, don't have one.

Yep, if corals start getting knocked over or blasted off of the rocks, it's too much. That is the only definition of too much flow. ;)

if stuff don't open up then you know you have too much flow. I had some polyups that didn't open though and gave them a few days and they came out of it. But some times it will never open.

my kenya tree is in direct flow and just loves it. There is only to much flow if after a couple of days the corals dont open up. I had to lower mine cause my candy canes were "deflating". just watch ur corals they will tell you
