    Hey Chris - dont think light is the problem - that vase or Jardini coral is receding badly as you indicated the torch and the shrooms seem OK to me

    dont think your problem was related to to much light - what water testing do you do?

    umm nitrate and kh pretty much the the other use to be a different colour its also retracted quite a lot

    To name but a few- if you can post those details along with details of your filtration system, water circulation etc - all your tank specs

    someone may be able to help you isolate the problem/ problems
