TOO much water in my collection cup!

    Oh, AWESOME! So I might not be too far off, just a few adjustments. I was running the skimmer FULL BLAST with the pump. I'll turn it to half-on. The red locking ring part I don't fully understand- I know now that the water level should be even with it, but what do I do when/if the water level starts climbing again?

    If the water level in your sump is stable (not fluctuating up and down) the water level in the skimmer should stay solid.

    Like I said, it will take a lot of tweaking at first. Just make small adjustments and let it sit for a day or so. Once it is broken in, you will see the bubbles start to "FROTH" and get thick and start being pushed up into the collection cup a nice thick black liquid will start to show in the collection cup.
