Too Wet - Problem?

Hello jupiter, if you reduced the flow from the pump to the skimmer as you say (like when breaking it in, that adjustment?) that is bad for the pump, that valve should (as the directions state) be left fully open after the break in. You only use the Red knob adjustment to get more "wet" or "dry" foam. Here is the on line manual

Yep that is what I did. I opened the valve wide open, but the red knob doesn't do too much.

 

It may need a good cleaning, pump wise. The red knob on mine allows me to bring the bubbles all the up and over flow if I wanted to.
