i have only had this tank 17 days and after the move i found this guy still alive in the sand after being moved out in the hot sun for 5 hrs. i could not find out what it was for over a week. i will throw it out there and see who gets it first and then i would like some input on diet, maint, overall function and purpose. if no one gets it (like that will happen) i will tell what i know... It's a Sea Biscuit, which is of course an echinoderm related to the sand dollars (and sea urchins). They can crawl, but not very fast, and usually live in almost-sterile-looking white sand in areas that don't get disturbed very often.

    Cheers,

    Don
