Torch corals will sting seahorses. In fact, I have to keep them a long way from other corals because their sweepers extend a long ways to kill other corals.

I am sure they would and not being rude but I am sure there are kids that come here so I personally would be cool with the bad words. Just me being me...take care and have a good week...

I'm not sure if you are asking if the torch will survive in a predator tank, or if the seahorses will survive.
In any case for either choice the most likely answer is NO, depending on the exact choice of predator fishes kept.
Seahorses are best kept in species specific tanks.
While a small percentage survive in reef settings, and mixed species tanks, most attempts that way succumb to fatalities due to seahorse susceptibilities to pathogens they have not previously been exposed to. For that reason, most successful keepers maintain their systems at 74°F or lower to help control vibrio and other baterial outbreaks.
Most corals, torch or others, will be picked on by most fish considered to be predator.

The panther and Lion should be fine. Not sure on the two snowflake eels or the niger trigger. I would guess that the eels would be ok and the trigger probably wont.
